Women Working in Corrections is an affiliate of the North Carolina Correctional Association which promotes professionalism and training in the workplace. Women Working in Corrections main objective is to prepare women for professional development and career growth. Women Working in Corrections in North Carolina is proud to be a mentor for criminal justice professionals new to their careers. As mentors for women working in corrections, we can assist in preparing individuals for advancement in their careers in state government.
